Havervlokken broodBeoordelingDit lekkere zelfgemaakte brood heeft een bijzondere smaak door de havervlokken. Ingrediënten340 ml havervlokken7 ml zout 625 ml kokend water 70 ml bruine suiker 15 ml boter of margarine 1 pakje droge gist 60 ml warm water BereidingswijzeVoeg de havervlokken en het zout toe aan het kokende water. Roer er de suiker en boter door heen. Haal van het vuur en laat het afkoelen tot ongeveer 50 graden.Zorg dat het deeg goed gekneed is. Stort het dan voorzichtig op een licht ingevette werkplek. Druk het wat platter, maar zorg ervoor dat je niet alle lucht eruit drukt. Vouw de buitenste randen naar het midden (draai daarbij het deeg steeds en vouw stukje voor stukje de rand naar het midden). Herhaal dit nog 4 - 5 keer totdat je een mooie opgebolde bal deeg hebt gemaakt. Leg de deegbal op een bakplaat met een bakmatje of een pizzaschep met bakpapier. Dek af met een bakmatje of plastic folie. Laat het ongeveer 1 uur tot bijna dubbele volume rijzen. Verwarm de oven 30 minuten voor het einde van de rijstijd voor op 230 ºC. Snij het brood vlak voor het de oven in gaat met een scherp mes enkele keren in. Doe dit niet als het deeg te veel gerezen is, het zal dan onherroepelijk inzakken. Laat het deeg op de pizzasteen glijden (met bakpapier en al) of zet de bakplaat in de oven. Giet ¼ liter kokend water in de braadslede om stoom te creëren (pas op voor je handen!). Sluit dan direct de ovendeur. Draai de oventemperatuur terug naar 200 °C. Draai het brood na 15 minuten 180 º en trek het bakpapier onder het brood op de pizzasteen weg. De totale baktijd is ongeveer 30 minuten.
